The personal data of the data subjects are processed in the following scope: name and surname/company name, ID number, residence/address, telephone number, e-mail and other personal data provided to the controller in connection with the fulfilment of a specific order.

The recipients of personal data processed by the controller are persons involved in the delivery of goods, provision of services or the execution of payments under the contract, as well as persons operating the controller's online store.

The personal data will be processed for the time necessary to ensure the mutual rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the controller and the data subject.

The data subject has the right to request the controller to provide information about the processing of his or her personal data.

The data subject shall have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning him or her rectified by the controller without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing an additional declaration.

The data subject shall have the right to have the controller erase the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay and the controller shall be obliged to erase the personal data without undue delay if one of the grounds set out in the General Data Protection Regulation applies.

The data subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.

If the processing of personal data is based on consent to the processing of personal data provided by the data subject, the data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
